Customer service is top notch. Dropped car off might before the service and they text by 8:15 with what needed to be repaired with estimates. We approved the work and they called within 10 minutes to verify. Car was done same day. As a manager of a business for 15 years I am hard to please with customer service these days. We have had 3 cars serviced by them now and keep returning because their service is great and pricing is reasonable.

This was my second visit to Hiller Automotive. And it was good. The first visit was because of operator error so they just taught me what I needed to know and did not charge me the diagnostic fee. This time I went for an oil change and they checked everything on my car and found nothing really wrong. Just some maintenance issues that need to be handled. I will definitely be back. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Todd, the service manager.

Great customer service all around. They have very knowledgeable people that are honest people that work here. They don't say they fix something that didn't need fixed just to get money. They also have drinks, snacks and cartoons which comes in handy if you have kids with you for the wait. I definitely recommend this GOODYEAR over others.

Had radiator fan replaced. They had part in stock and I waited for car to be fixed. Have always had good experience with them and they have always guaranteed their work. Not sure about pricing but it is fixed right!

The people were very friendly. Tod worked well with us and provided transportation for my husband, and he communicated everything along the way of what we were gonna have to pay. They met their time table and we were very happy with them. I’m in a wheelchair. I can’t drive.

The service that I received at Hiller Automotive was amazing!!! The sales manager, Todd, explained everything to me in detail and he explained it in a way that I could understand exactly what was going on with my car and what I needed done. From the moment I walked into the shop, everyone was so nice, professional, and polite. I wish I could remember the names of the other employees that I spoke with. I want everyone to get the credit they deserve for the amazing service that they provided. This was my first time going to Hiller Automotive. I did my research looking for the right place and I saw the wonderful reviews for Hiller Automotive. The price was affordable. Although this was totally unexpected and I really didn’t have the money to take care of the issue, everything worked out well. Thank you Hiller Automotive. Went in to have thermostat fixed and it says they complete the work bur 2 days later I smell coolant and rotten eggs so I have no clue. If the part they put on was bad I would like it replaced! Its under warrnaty so there should be no reason whh they cant fix the issue. Also charged me for a check engine read in which I declined but they still charged for it. The price for the work was reasonable if it was done right the first time.

Could not have had a better experience! My car issues started after work on a Tuesday and by the end of the following day, Hiller had diagnosed the problem, gotten it fix, came in UNDER the quoted price, and kept me informed every step of the way. I never once felt like they talked down to me or tried to sell me things that weren’t needed. As a woman who has definitely been treated poorly in these circumstances before, that was a refreshing change of pace! Todd was lovely to deal with! Hiller will have my business from here on out!

We recently took our van to Hiller for a second opinion after the Honda dealership quoted us $2800 worth of repairs to fix the noise a noise that we were hearing in our van.
Hiller found a loose bolt and tightened it, which fixed the noise completely. The charge for Hiller to diagnose and repair the issue was less than Honda's (incorrect) diagnosis charge.
I would highly recommend Hiller and we will definitely go to them first for any future issues.

I have always trusted Hiller automotive for all of my car troubles and have never been disappointed. This time they had to replace 2 rear awd sensors and do an oil change and they were able to get my car back to me by the end of the day on top of other work with other customers. Integrity is the foundation on which all successful businesses are made and that is what I found at Hiller Automotive. First, my car was diagnosed with a brake booster issue and it was repaired. But when I picked it up and drove it home, it was clear the brakes still had an issue. My son took my car back the next day and Hiller agreed an additional repair to the brake was needed. They ordered the additional part and fixed it with no further charge. Second, we picked up my car again and initially thought the issue was fixed, but the next day it was clear there was still a break issue and this time we didn't feel it was safe to drive the car back to the shop. Hiller was great - the came and towed my car free of charge and the remaining issue was assessed and fixed - again there was no further charge! THAT is what makes Hiller Automotive a cut above other repair shops. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Hiller for all the customer care you gave. Excellent customer service. Excellent care care. Well done!
