Aiden, Taylor and the whole staff at this location were wonderful! It is intimidating being a single female taking her vehicle to a service shop at the risk of being over charged/taken advantage due to lack of knowledge. I did not have to worry about that here. They were incredibly transparent throughout every step of the repair work. I had to take my vehicle in twice (by no fault of theirs) and both times the repair was communicated well, done quickly and my issues were resolved. More importantly, the pricing was extremely fair. I had received a quote from other shops/dealerships and one of them was almost double what Aiden quoted me. They were incredibly friendly and we had some fun while in the shop conversing. They truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and restored my good faith in service work for vehicles after some terrible experiences elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone who asked!

WE HAD A VERY GOOD and surprising experience the people that we had dealt with were very personable and friendly the staff was very knowledgeable and since we were traveling through with our motorhome tried and were successful with getting us back on the road again. I would and do recommend this establishment and will if in the area and need service on any of my vehicles I will definitely go back.

Every single person I interacted with here was incredibly kind and respectful! They were able to help calm me down during a panic since my only vehicle went down and was pouring fluid out. I believe Gary was the name of the first man I talked to and he was patient and informative with me. They were able to get my repairs done quickly and without any issues. I absolutely will be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

Great people! Very nice! Got us in fast! Needed a tie rod. Front tire was towed out from being in a wreck! Got a new tie rod and alignment. Drives straight down the road! Friendly fast service! Highly recommend them!

Cannot give enough stars for this place. I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. At one point a dealership had my car for almost a month waiting on an out of stock oil pump and a repair that was going to cost me over $2,000. I towed it to Hiller and all it needed was an oil change. They earned 100% of my business that day. Best and most knowledgeable group of guys you could ask for. For someone that ends up having to be there way too much I appreciate everything you do to keep my cars running!!

Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. I was fortunate to talk with Aiden. I told him I needed a new set of tires. He gave me a better deal than the one I got from the Springfield branch when they were still open. Then he scheduled me to come in 2 days after our call! I couldn’t believe it! I went there and everyone was very welcoming! I met Aiden in person and also Gerry. They gave me the best deal for my 4 new tires. Their store is clean! They even have a nice, clean and comfy couch I was able to nap in while waiting for my car to be done! And free chips!! 😁 I highly recommend this place for any type of auto repair or getting new tires!!! Definitely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Recently, I relocated from St. Louis to Pekin. I began looking for an auto shop in/near Pekin that would be as reasonable & trustworthy as my long-time auto shop in STL.
I'm not an auto mechanic and I don't play one on TV, so I asked some co-workers where I might take my car for some moderate repairs and new tires. I said to my friend: "I do not want to be sold a bunch of unneeded parts".
My co-worker emphatically mentioned that Hiller had a good reputation, so when I suspected my tires were just about threaded-out, I went to Hiller for new rubber. After making an appointment, I dropped my car there before they opened. Within an hour, I received a call from Gary in the Hiller shop. He confirmed that I needed new tires. I thought they were a bit pricey, but not unreasonable. My time and respect is always worth a few extra dollars, so when Gary took time to explain the treadware and a few othet routine items I asked about, and I was confident he was NOT trying to upsell me (I later researched what he told me, and Gary's info was spot-on in explaining the work needed without talking over my head, nor talking down to me!
For me, this was car repair heaven!
I've been back at least four times for some minor repairs and I feel confident that the Hiller team did good work, and only did work that was truly needed.
I'll keep returning to Hiller for my future automotive needs.

They would not do alignment as they said they found some parts that were iffy. That’s fine. However, charging me for their “Time” to look at it seems wrong. Firestone does free inspections, but I guess this place doesn’t. I would have been okay if they would had told me upfront. Thanks!
